In Germany is a site to download the CCleaner.

If you register there you have to pay 96 EUR (?) for one year membership.

Such sites are many in Germany.

It's very difficult to prevent these sites from doing this, unless you're the size of Google and have a team of lawyers.

Unfortunately we don't.

But in order to prevent promotion I shall remove the actual links.
