Thats completely different though.
From what I get these people are voting for each other so they dont all have to show up. Kind of like I'll cover for you one day if you do it for me the next. Should these people be doing this? No, they are just f*ing lazy and to sorry to go do their job but thats not the same as requiring a photo ID to vote.
Most people have a drivers license and the people who dont should have an ID card anyway(so they can buy beer, cigarettes, lottery tickets, anything like that). As long as the state provides the IDs then I dont have a problem with it. If they charge for them(even $1) then it could be considered a poll tax and would be ruled unconstitutional and would have to be overturned.
