Vista & XP system problems

Downloaeded 3.05.1408 and ran it on my 2 cop;uters

1-Runing Vista SP2, 2G RAM, 75G free space

2-Running XP SP2, 1G RAM, 65G free space

Both had massive failures-

-wiped out recovery points on both computers

-cannot open My Computer

-screen saver of center

-cannot open some email enclosures for powere point or videos using widows media player

Numberous other problems

If it was just one computer, I would say maybe a virus but this happened to both

Avoid doing what you did ! !

Did you clean the registry ?

That should be fixed by restoring the registry backup.

Did you use only default settings, or did you check some other boxes ?

Did you Wipe free space ?

Did you use Secure Deletion ?
