I'm currently using CCleaner version 1.40.520 on Vista Enterprise. I have everything checked to be overwritten once except Window Size/Location Cache. After selecting Run Cleaner, CCleaner displays a list of files that are left to be overwritten.
Disregard: Disabling the UAC worked. I guess it would have helped if I read further before making the post. Sorry.
