Virus detected

I ran a virus scan today and found the following:

Make sure you have downloaded CCleaner here: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download If you did, it could just be a false positive. In which, it does happen time from time.

Which av do you use?

Ask them about their detection of Ccleaner as it will probably be a false positive as Twisted Metal said above..

I suggest you contact one of the sites listed in Item 10 here and have your PC checked

ccleanersetupxv.exe is not the normal naming convention used when downloading from Piriform.
