video problem

hi, i have video problem after running CCleaner for mac. Where is the recovery file ?

Unfortunately there are not many forum regulars here who use MAC, so there's a lack of knowledgable MAC users to help others. 

You see the same thing with Android.

I'm not entirely sure just why that is? 

There are plenty of MAC users in the world, and when you consider phones and tablets there's even more Android users than Windows users.


Perhaps that's the issue? Android users in particular tend to be simply <em>users</em> - and not so keen to dig into the workings of their respective devices and softwares the same as Windows users are?
