Version 5.86 does not correctly recognize the version of Windows

@ConFranWindows 11 is essentially a "branding" name with version numbers continuing from Windows 10 - which may cause oddities in things like Insider Previews that can fall outside the released build number range. There was a tweak to the version identification in CCleaner 5.87, which was released 2 weeks ago - how does your Windows version show up in that?
