Version 235.1219 does see Adobe Flash

Version 2.35.1219 DOESN'T show Adobe Flash in the list of Applications to check. Previous versions did. Toshiba Laptop with XP pro SP3. Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702IC

Uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Flash

Reinstalled CCleaner.

Same results

Known issue.

Jamin4u , I tried the workaround of creating an empty text file flashplayer.xpt and placed it in the Macro..\Flash folder, but Flash still refuses to appear on CC. I also have the mentioned entry HKCR\CLSID\{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000 in my registry.

I uninstalled and reinstalled CC after the fix and it's still not showing...

I guess I'll have to wait for the real fix

Did you save as type "All Files"?

Helps to save as All Files and if using Notepad also use quotes surrounding the filename for it to save exactly as you've typed it:

"flashplayer.xpt"
