I have been using V5.41 and all was well. At your suggestion I tried to update to V5.42. Now when I go to Analize – Run cleaner – Selected files will be deleted – continue it crashes. Why? It all worked in V5.41
Suggest you go back to v5.41, available from FileHippo, and wait till v5.43 is released. (and cross your fingers)
v5.42 seems to be a dog’s breakfast if all the various threadfs on this forum are anything to go from.
I don’t know what was fixed in this latest version but certainly there is a lot more that has been broken.
do you get an actual error message that you can share?
what AV software do you use?
