Speccy will not install on WIN11 with Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100 processor. This is being used more and more , especially on laptops because of it fast speed and low operating processor temperature demanding less power. Microsoft uses it on Surface Pro 11 and more uses are happening now. What are the plans for support?
speccy has not updated in years (i don’t think as long as your 12 years between posts but it feels like it is), most new hardware gives it problems.
We had another eecent post wher a user was having problems installing Speccy.
They did manage to get it installed using the installer from the Builds page:
PS. You seem certain in your assertion that this is an issue with that particular Snapdragon CPU, do you have anything to back that up? ie. Links to similar reports from other users of that CPU that we can point the devs to.
Or are you only saying that because that’s the CPU that you have?
