Before i purchased Cc cleaner I asked them if it would find the duplicate photos that I knew were stored on my laptop and they said it would do this. I have contacted them numerous times to see if I can use this option and on the last occasion , the technician I was talking to informed me that the duplicate function did not work ! They have now sent me a reminder to renew my subscription , but I want to find out before I consider renewing , If the duplicate function is now working …… and if it is , how do I use it . I am trying to contact them , but it seems they make it pretty impossible for you to ask them a question directly so I am using the forum to see if anyone knows the answer to this query . Thank you
