Is there a way to delete individual e-mails or e-mail folders using CCleaner? If so, how do I find out where these are when searching my C drive? Thanks, Lorraine
Which e-mail application?
If you mean Outlook, everything is either on the e-mail server or in "Personal Folders".
Personal Folders is typically C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
Everything is usually in the one file (although you can have more than one .pst). The subfolders are virtual so CCleaner can't delete individual e-mails or folders.
If you have another e-mail client, someone else may be able to help.
