User name license bug

When you get a new license the receipt shows my company name as the user name, but the CCleaner license lookup shows my name as the user name.

The problem is neither of them work..

Although registration errors are thrown after you enter your name, the fault is usually with the entry of the license key. Check the help article here: How to register and activate CCleaner Professional – Piriform Support, but 9 times out of 10 a copy-paste of your licence key will solve the problem (if you accidentally transcribed a letter I as a the number 1, for example).

I was using copy and paste several times and tried both names, making sure there were no unwanted spaces.

My solution was to completely uninstall CCleaner and then reinstall it.

Is it possible there is a delay from Purchase time to activating the license? Perhaps users should be advised of that.
