Used the trial version of Ccleaner but removed and cancelled, money still taken from my bank account

Hi, I recently tried the trial version of ccleaner, however I didnt like it and removed it from my PC and I thought that I had cancelled the subscription.

I got an alert from my bank account on Saturday to inform me that the money was on its way out of my account. It has been listed on my account as being paid today.

It is a payment of £44.95 to CBA*TRIALCCleaner GERMANY.

I contacted the support email address I found online but got an automatic response directing me to the support pages.

I would be obliged to you if you would refund my payment and remove my details from your systems.
