Use Duplicate Finder in CCleaner 7

Cannot scan (E:) drive. When I try I get an error message saying: “something went wrong”.

Please send me a screenshot of the errror you are seeing as well as follow these steps to help us investigate the issue:

  1. Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
  2. Replicate the issue on your end.
  3. Run the tool to generate the logs.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
  5. Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
