I installed the free ccleaner from offical website then i decided to upgrade to pro ccleaner and i aleady pay $24.95 and the app keep saying i don't have the pro edition also i didn't get the activation cod to my email .
please help me
Firstly check you email spam folder, sometimes the activation code emails end up in there.
If it's not in there then contact support@ccleaner.com by email with details, they should be able to track down your payment.
