Under windows 7 I had Speccy and it worked properly. I upgraded to Windows 10 and Speccy no longer appears as an app in the 'All Apps' list.
Ccleaner and Defraggler are still there, as is Recuva.
How should I fix this?

Does it appear in Program Files?
I had the same thing happen to me, too. I don't remember seeing it in Program Files. I'm away from my computer right now, naturally, so I'm not much help right now.
