CCleaner for Windows CCleaner Windows Help Requests

I have tried to update to new version of Ccleaner but, at the very end this is the screen I get and it is not updating. Anyone help please?

What operating system are you using?

What security software are you using?

Hi, Thank you I am using Windows 10, Malwarebytes and Windows defender.

Are you using the free version of CCleaner?

Did you download from the CCleaner website?

Are there any instances of CCleaner already running in the Windows TaskManager?

Does the slim build from here work for you?
