i have the same problems. can not even remove the update. All info and settings are gone

(We currently have a plethora of problems to choose from with v7).
Please describe exactly what issue it is that you are seeing so that we can give what advice we are able to.
Is it as simple as not being able to get past the Welcome screen, or is it something else?
