I updated Pro →Pro Plus yesterday with 30 day trial. For some reason it didn’t update. Google Play show that I have Pro Plus and I have checked that I have Pro Plus licence number. I have installed Ccleaner again few times but it still offers an upgrade to Pro Plus. And when I try to upgrade again I get an error message:
DF-DFERH-01
You appear to be a bit confused.
There is no trial of CCleaner ‘Pro Plus’, there are trials of CCleaner Pro.
That’s because the ‘Plus’ is a licence not an app. - There is no difference in the CCleaner app itself.
Pro Plus is simply a multi-device licence that allows you to to use the same licence key on up to 3-devices. any mix of PC, Mac, and Android.
Have you even been given a licence key with your trial?
If you have then are you trying to put that key into CCleaner Android?
If that is what you are doing then it is not going to work.
How the licencing of CCleaner for Android works, there are 2-different ways to activate CCleaner Pro for Android:
If you purchase CCleaner for Android from the Play Store then it is Google that you have paid for it and it doesn’t have a key.
Instead it is licenced to your Google account and can be used on any Android device where you are logged into that Google account.
Because it is Google that you have paid then it is Google support that you need to contact about that subscription.
However if you haven’t yet purchased from the Play Store then you can Activate CCleaner for Android using either a multi-device Pro Plus or Premium licence key purchased from CCleaner.
In that case you have paid CCleaner for the licence/subscription and it’s CCleaner support that you contact about that licence/subscription.
For how to activate CCleaner for Android as Pro using a multi-device (Pro Plus or Premium) key see:

PS.
I don’t think so.
Google Play might say that you have CCleaner Pro - if you have already purchased it through the Play Store - but as said above ‘Plus’ is a multi-device licence only available from CCleaner themselves and not available from Google.
… I selected the update from the app … And it shows up in Google Play’s budgeting … And the license key can be found on the CCleaner website …
OK, I think I understand what you have done now.
Your first screenshot there shows a message asking if you want to upgrade CCleaner to Pro, or upgrade it to Pro Plus.
It has the option selected for Pro Plus.
(TBH I did not know that things had changed and you could now get Pro Plus from within CCleaner Android like that - I’m checking with the Staff).
From what you say, and show, it appears that you do already have a Pro Plus licence with a key - (A trial? I note from your second screenshot there that it was charged at 0.00 euro) - but it looks like you now need to enter that key into your CCleaner Android to activate it as Pro.
For how to register a Pro Plus key in CCleaner Android see: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/article/how-to-register-and-activate-ccleaner-professional?language=en_US
PS. I think that you are getting those error messages because instead of activating with your Pro Plus key you are trying to purchase a Pro Plus licence/subscription again when you already have one?
