update download problem

I got a pop up that a new version of CCleaner 5.56.7144 is available. When I went to download it downloaded 5.55.7108 which is the existing version. Please review and advise

I had the same problem at download.com - the new version did not download, the current one did.

Please do not download CCleaner from Download.com.

Either download it from

https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds

or

https://www.ccleaner.com/download

Thanks for that hazelnut, I was directed there automatically when I clicked to update. Had no idea I shouldn't go there as it was automatic and I incorrectly assumed it was the only option for the free version. I used the second link you provided and it worked like a charm.
