Update Button in CCleaner

I use a screen-reader with CCleaner. When I use the Update button, the screen-reader shows me that Internet Explorer 0 is being used with IExplore.exe. When I paste the address from the address bar, it shows me Internet Explorer 9 and IEFrame.DLL is being used. I use a virtual interface on the web page. It works as expected when pasting the link, but just following the link using the Update button seems to launch a wrong executable. Is this a problem with the CCleaner Update button or my screen-reader scripts. I am using Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit, and the 64-bit CCleaner program. I have not tried it with Firefox being the default browser or any other browser. Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
