My CCleaner Professional Plus has been renewed without me authorising it. I have been getting reminders that it was due to expire soon, then yesterday I received an email saying successful payment for your subscription, which I have not agreed to. I have tried using CCleaner Support Chat and you can’t even talk to anyone. This is incredibly poor service. My Cleverbridge reference number is : 516670526. Can someone help me with this please?
