The unused file extension shows up on the Options/Exclude list, but it also keeps showing up on all registry scans after 'excluded' per image attached.

Those will show up, always after applying the monthly Microsoft Updates on my system. I personally let CCleaner nuke them without having any issues (as of yet).
Actually, the same UFEs show up the next time I scan, within minutes of the 1st scan when they were 'excluded'.
They must regenerate themselves automatically or something ?
Guess will just wait and see

Since they keep showing up almost immediately after you clean them you're probably using a software that adds them back in - which is a good thing if they're actually needed.
