I see lots of services that are started. Do you guys know any unnecessary services that doesn't need to start? so i can disable them?

Windows loads a crap load of services that you don't need. I would send you to a really good site but it's down at the moment. Its run by a guy who calls himself black viper and he has documented the bare minimum that you need to run windows and what each service does. If I find a link to a working site I'll post it.
You REALLY DONT need the telnet service.
Set it to disabled!
There are many sites which aave tutorials for what are not needed but becareful one time I followed that and my computer act strange.. =/
me too... but now is fine for me... just disable what is really safe to disable... but after all have to decide what services are needed... and what are not...
If I get it wrong is the way to the default setting?
you may want to change a few at a time... if anything goes wrong, then will be easier to know which one went wrong...
You can safely disable the Indexing Service.
SSDP and Universal Plug and Play are used for file transfers on things like MSN Messenger and other software. I've safely disabled those and still had files transfers work fine on MSN, only rarely will they not work.

This site is a very good resource for windows processes.
wcescomm.ex, can it be disabled.....and can I still use usb to connect things?
I disabled some on my machine that I never really use at all.
