Hi,
I have downloaded the free trial pro CCleaner and have attempted to uninstall a programme. I am unable to uninstall via control panel as it requires the installation disk which I no longer have. CCleaner also asks for the disk.
Is there a way around this please? I use computers a lot but don't have a lot of tech knowledge.

what's the software in question?
can it be downloaded off the web?
CC would ask for the disk as it simply follows the same process the normal Control Panel, Programs & Features would use.
if nothing else helps, Revo Uninstaller would be another program to try.
or, of course, what's the hassle with just leaving the program as is?
Also what operating system are you using?
