I need to uninstall CCleaner (Mac) but cannot permanently trash CCleaner com.piriform.ccleaner.sfl

Moving to and emptying trash appears successful but after restart the sfl file re-appears. A maintenance/repair issue makes removal really important—greatly appreciate advice.
