In the windows software list, there is an option to show (or not to show) updates of installed programs additionally to themselves.
In ccleaner, such a button could also be a great help.

Just checking you don't mean the tickbox in add/remove (programs and features) which shows installed updates from Windows.
If that is what you mean then I would prefer to have that only available through the control panel.
