I launched cc cleaner this am and instead of seeing the desktop version, I get a brand new install which appears to be a web client. What’s going on, here, and how come I can no longer contact support via email. This is a jolt to my system.

Many people don’t like it, there are things missing that used to be there, and other things not working as they used to do, so if you want to:
Support has changed recently.
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
Note - We have been told that you HAVE TO engage with the chat or you may not get a reply to your request form. (Seems strange to me, but that is what we have been told).
thanks for the advice. is there anyway to plug in my license key into the free version and have the full paid for capabilities?
In v7 you can go to Settings > My Subscription and enter your existing licence key to activate the v7 Pro features.
