Hey guys, i think i made a horrible mistake.
I went through with CCleaner but would like to reverse what i just did ?
Is that possible ?
I have a program called adobe audition, and it had a couple recovered "session" files
Each time the program started it prompted me if i wanted to continue one now, or continue it later.
I always chose later, knowing i could do so.
But CCleaner got rid of them?
Hello ahh, and welcome to the forum.
If you used normal file deletion you could try Recuva: http://www.recuva.com/
But you must work fast so the files aren't overwritten.
The following applies to CCleaner.
In Cleaner>Applications>uncheck adobe audition so it won't be cleaned.
Analyze before cleaning, to make sure you don't have to exclude any other part of adobe audition.

Adobe audition doesn't seem to a visible program under "Applications" ?
All i did was click on the "Run Cleaner" button
I'll try ReCuva, thanks for the help.
Although i think i should mention, i ran Defrag, after CClean,
I'm in the middle of a hijackthis run through.
I'm sure Defrag didn't help any. But its still worth a try.

Where does Adobe Audition store its "session" files?
If it is in any Temp or Tmp Folder then CCleaner will clean it.
I like the way you stated this YoKenny.

I tried to say the same thing.
