I noticed an unauthorized charge yesterday, via email, for the amount of €39,95. My renewal was set to manual, and I DID NOT authorize this payment. Furthermore, there is no way I could have given any authorization since the program is installed on my work computer and I was not at the office yesterday. I have already contacted my bank to notify them about the unauthorized charge. The live chat is a joke!! No one replies. I would like this payment reversed immediately, otherwise I will have to proceed with a chargeback and report it to the authorities. What to do?
