I am looking for assistance in how to reach support in order to request a refund for an unauthorized charge of $48.21 that appeared last night on 3/30/26. I have been unable to find any reliable way to reach out yet, but have not even used the software in quite some time.
I had done a free trial at the end of 2024, but didn’t have any charges after canceling that so I am not sure what this stems from
