Hello group, i can’t start duplicate finder anymore on my externals SSD 4 and 8 TB, but the weird thing is that i scanned 3 times in a row checking files between each without any trouble and the fourth times
if the program don’t close, i got an error screen whoop something went wrong.
i’ve done everything from the trouble shooting; administrator, repair and reinstall. Can’t even choose folders separately, problem with choosing folders separately is that my duplicate is not in the same folders, that’s why i want to scan the whole drive.
I tried the cleaner support tool but still no generated file after 10 minutes.
i’ve been using ccleaner for years and never have any problems or issues and quite pleased with it.
Like i said, it worked well and for no understandable reason, does’nt anymore on my externals SSD that are more than 3tb

I am not able to replicate this issue, please could you retry to generate log files using the steps below:
- Download and install the CCleaner Support Tool using the link below: https://download.ccleaner.com/CCleanerSupportTool.exe
- Replicate the issue on your end.
- Run the tool to generate the logs.
- At the end of the process, you’ll receive a 5-digit File ID.
- Please share that File ID with me so I can review the logs and investigate further.
