unable to redownload Kamo

I have uninstalled Kamo due to a constant bug, when I try to reinstall it, it says: unable to download installation files please check your connection to internet. And it joins a bug log See attached document.

I have internet connection and I do not understand what is happening.

Thanks for your help

The log is reporting: "Download of 'https://honzik.avcdn.net/defs/piriform-atrk/release.xml.lzma' failed. Last error '12030'."

Error 12030 is, if I recall correctly, most commonly associated with a function of some security software called SSL Inspection.

You can find out more about SSL inspection here: https://sectigostore.com/blog/what-is-ssl-inspection-and-how-does-it-work/ - different security software may call this function different names, but that article goes over the basic idea to help you recognize it.

In short, though, this causes the security software to open SSL-secured traffic, inspect it, and then 'reseal it'; this process, however, is destructive and causes the packet not to have the same signature as it did when originally secured. As such, this can cause problems because the signature isn't what's expected, and thus rejected.

I would recommend either temporarily disabling this function or, preferably, making an exception for the Kamo installer, as well as any of our other software (as this is known to cause issues with our other programs), including Kamo once installed.
