Is drive E; accesable? Do you have necessary permissions?
Did you remember to close Defraggler before running the updater?

Stlll unable to install.
Error Msg:
defragglershell.dll.new
I think I know the problem but maybe not the best way to solve it.
It seems that last month Piriform updated the "defragglershell.dll" from v 2.7.0.346 to v 2.8.0.373, and for some reason it's causing your install to glitch. Maybe because your install isn't in the default C:\ directory.
The renaming is part of the replacement process, and it isn't working as it should for you.
Until someone offers a better solution, can I suggest you look in Defragglers folder for the "defragglershell.dll", or even a defragglershell.dll.old", and delete either or both.
Then try installing Defraggler again.
Or, you could uninstall Defraggler completely and make sure the install folder is actually empty, and then do a fresh install.
If you have settings you want to retain, then use the "Save settings to INI file" option and copy the Defraggler.ini file to a safe location, and then back again after the new install.
"Settings\Options\Advanced"
Hope that helps.
EDIT: Welcome to the forum by the way Illya.
Hi Dennis
Thx for reply and the welcome note.
I found V2.07 on my machine, so I am just going to use that for now.
Cheers
Illya
