Trying to install 3.11 in Win 7; the install hangs about 25% into the install. Restore did not help.
is ccleaner still running while you try to update it? Why would a "restore" help, though I'm not even so sure I understand what you mean by "restore"
Thanks,,,I meant a system restore, which did not do it. No the CCleaner was not running and in fact I even uninstalled it but that didnt help.
