After purchasing a 2 yr subscription I have been unable to get my $30 rebate. When applying I can’t find my reference number or email so can’t continue. Can’t get anyone from customer support to help me. Unable to do anything but chat and they rarely get me to a live agent. Anyone else having trouble?

You can find your Cleverbridge reference number on the top of your purchase conformation email.

I know my reference number. Not the problem.. When I fill out the claim form on the page that asks for reference number and email I enter them correctly, but the next button is never highlighted so I cannot continue with the rebate.
