Greetings. Unable to carry out Health Check as the scan button is greyed out and unusable,Message says “CCleaner is busy with something else.Try later” Has been like this for about 2/3 hours now.Tried closing and re opening CC but that didnt work.Carried out a laptop restart which brought everything back or so I thought.Once health check completed it reverted to the same message and the button was greyed out.This has happened since the latest update. Thanks in advance for any help.
I have the same issue and the Startup Manager also does not work. The latest version of CCleaner clearly was not properly tested before release.

Managed to speak with an agent on chat just now. Agent said that CCleaner folk are working on a fix for this but couyldnt when it would be released.Meanwhile it seems the only work round is to roll back to version 6.
