Unable to connect to one web site

Is it possible I overlooked one small detail in CCleaner, and have lost the ability to connect to one business related website?

Last Wednesday afternoon I lost the abality to connect to www.fineartamerica.com with my desktop PC. I had used CCleaner prior to Wed. morning.

In troubleshooting theis problem I have contacted the web site and they are online with no problems.

I have discovered that my "ipconfig.exe" command will not function from a command line prompt, but will run from the Windows System32 folder when double clicked.

I am using a cable internet connection, through a Cisco Modem, and a 4 port ithernet router.

I can connect my laptop to the router and connect to the website.

So I am asking, could I have overlooked something with CCleaner?

How can I fix it? Restore to before Wed. did not fix the problem.

Thanks, Guys,

Michael Gordon

Did you use the registry cleaning part of CCleaner?

Did you make a backup of the issues you were cleaning when offered the chance to do so?

It is highly unlikely that ccleaner has the ability to restrict your ability to go to one particular website.
