Unable to cancel free trial – account not found, but trial is active

Hello,

I am trying to cancel my CCleaner free trial, but I am stuck.

When I contact support, I am told that my account cannot be found. However, when I enter my email address in the license/trial check on your website, it clearly shows that I have an active free trial.

I want to cancel this trial before it renews, as I do not want to be charged.

I have already sent an email to support, but I have not received a response yet, and the automated bot has not been helpful.

Could someone from the CCleaner team please help me cancel my free trial or advise how this can be done in this situation?
