I guess the UAC window still pops up even after setting all account permissions on the shortcut and the exe. Right?
Not a big deal. I might turn off UAC eventually anyway.

Ccleaner deletes and fixes things that need UAC permission. It's your computer but I would have to say, i my very educated opinion, it is EXTREMELY irresposible to turn off UAC
