Two video cards, only one being detected...

Since I'm a new user and this is my first post here, I'll start off by saying hello! :)

Looks like you have a good little community going here and it also appears as if the devs actively participate, which is awesome. Kudos to them and everyone else. :)

So then, about my issue... A fresh copy of Speccy 1.06.191 x64 (portable) isn't showing my newly installed video card (Geforce GTS 450) at all, only my old one (Geforce 9500GT). I was expecting to see both listed so I could get temperatures from them both. For what it's worth, they are not set up in SLI as the 9500GT is a low-profile card without the SLI header - basically I'm using the GTS 450 as my primary card, and the 9500GT is being dedicated to PhysX/CUDA with no monitors attached to it.

Is it perhaps because the GTS450 is fairly new-ish (DX11) and Speccy lacks an entry somewhere to identify/interface with it?

Would appreciate any insight. Thanks!

Hi, and welcome to our happy community.

I believe that some of the GTS and GTX cards were having issue identifying in Speccy. I believe this issue is being worked on.

The Developers read each and every thread so they may ask for more information.

Gotcha, thanks for the insight. :)

I figured it may have had something to do with the new card falling outside of Speccy's detection algorithm, or something to that effect anyway.

Hopefully I can be of some help to the devs getting it resolved.
