Two subscriptions; support not responding to me

CCleaner told me my sub was expiring, so I ordered a new one. It was too late that I realized I my current subscription was actually good for another year, so now I have a second one and they’re both going to expire around the same time.

I’ve reached out/emailed their support team twice but it’s been a month and no response.

Not really sure what to do here. Do I dispute the charge with my credit card company for a refund?

Have you tried managing, ie. cancelling, the subscription(s) yourself?

I assume that you will have more than one Cleverbridge ref number if you have more than one subscription. Did you use the same email address for both purchases?

Other than that you will need to contact support for account issues.

I know you say that you have already done that, but there is now a new support system so you may have more success now.

All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a sumary of your request.
Below that there is a button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the VA can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.

It looks like I can only deactivate one of the two subscriptions. Which I believe means it will only not charge me again automatically when renewal occurs. So to my understanding, the licenses are still ongoing and will maintain the same expiration date. There’s no refund option.

Managing licenses and subscriptions is so ungodly convoluted for this product.

I’m afraid that you will need to talk to support about refunds, (and about the other subscription).
