Two small issues

I noticed two small issues (one of which may not be ccleaner's fault) recently:

Running the automated "Close thunderbird to clean cache" while Thunderbird is minimized to the System Tray fails to actually close Thunderbird.

While the dialog to close a browser/email client is open, CCleaner does not present itself in the Windows Aero alt tab (did not check Win Tab or Basic Alt Tab)

I'm glad to report that in V3.17, CCleaner will force close the application if it cannot close it normally.

The other issue, however, remains unresolved.
