I seem to have two separate license keys, one for the professional version and one for the professional plus version….how do I consolidate these two key?
You can ask for a “Licence Merge”, presumably you will want the single device CCleaner Pro licence merged into the 3-device Pro Plus. (also see the note below).

You don’t say what device the single device Pro licence is for and there might be an exception to licence merging.
If it’s a CCleaner Android licence that was bought through the Play Store then that is licenced with Google and cannot be merged into a Pro Plus or Premium licence.
