Two CC cleaner accounts?

My current CC Cleaner account is paid for and active and doesnt expire until 27 Fen 2027. Yet I got another ‘hey you’ve been renewed email’ so it seems I have two accounts or entries as a customer and so am paying twice. How can I reject the second renewal just received and get a refund?

We have seen this a few times before when a user has managed to purchase a new licence when trying to renew their current one, and so ends up with two (or more) accounts.
Quite often they don’t notice what has happened for a year or two.

Of course some people do want more than one account, and so the system thinks nothing of it.

To work out what is going on with your accounts you will need to contact support.
If you do have two accounts active by mistake then you can ask them to “merge” them into one account that then runs for the time left for both added together so that you don’t lose what you have paid for, or to cancel the new renewal and refund it.
