I have a laptop that seems to have crashed. I can go into the UEFI menu, but i cant go into the main Windows.
How do I use Recuva to recover my data inside?
I purchased the Professional version already.
If you are using Windows 10, force close down the machine 3 times in a row via the power button, this should then offer you the Windows Recovery screen menu option.
