Trying to get a refund but have not heard from customer support in almost a month

Long story short I had gotten a 3 month free trial of CCleaner Professional that I had forgotten about and renewed on the 17th of September, within the confirmation email it mentions that if I forgot about the renewal I would be able to request a refund within 30 days. I used the Customer Support form to ask for this refund, but it has been nearly a month and I have not heard anything back. I used the form again the other day once again to no answer, is there anyway I can have my email actually acknowledged and start the refund process?

Once you have clicked Submit, please click the Start Chat to give details to an agent so we can investigate this further.
