ich habe mein Abo rechtzeitig gekündigt, aber nie eine Antwort erhalten. Jetzt wurde mir einfach Geld abgezogen. Ich verlange das Geld zurück und eine Bestätigung über die Kündigung des Accounts!
Ich schreibe hier weil es die einzige Möglichkeit ist die bleibt, über andere Kanäle bekommt man keine Antwort!

If you can’t use those, (eg can no longer access your registered email), or for anything else account/billing related, including refunds, then you will need to contact support.
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start- fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you initially based on what you have put in the form.
If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.
