I'm using ccleaner free v6.09.10300 and recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. With windows 7 my registry was clean but after upgrading to windows 10 ccleaner now shows 408 registry errors. I'm positive if I unleash ccleaner and "fix" 408 registry entries, my new windows 10 installation will be trashed. How do I proceed?
I found my answer in another related question. It seems it is better not to use ccleaner on a regular basis for registry cleaning on windows 10 or 11. I, therefore, will not unleash ccleaner on my pristine windows 10 installation.
